We will send an instant confirmation email to the address used for your reservation. If you book more than a day in advance, we’ll also send a reminder 24 hours before your reservation is due. You can confirm your booking by clicking on a link in your reminder email.
If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before the date of your dinner, you can use the cancelation link in your reminder email (sent 24 hours before the time of your reservation). We also encourage our diners to follow this up with a direct call to the restaurant.
To change the booking please call the restaurant directly, again trying to give at least 24 hours notice.
All reservations for Alez Caribbean Bistro are automatically confirmed by e-mail. The confirmation can not be accepted without the address to be sent to the booking. We will also use your e-mail address to send reminders of any bookings made more than 24 hours in advance of your dining date.
